Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the One Mental Health LLC (“One Mental Health”, “we”, “our”) website, telepsychiatry platform, scheduling tools, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services. We may update these Terms periodically; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
Services We Provide
One Mental Health offers psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive therapy delivered in person within Florida and via secure telehealth technology. certain services may require in-person visits or referrals.
The Services are not intended for medical emergencies. If you are in crisis, call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room.
Eligibility and Patient Responsibilities
You must be 18 or older (or have parental/guardian consent) and physically located in a jurisdiction where the provider holds an active license when receiving care.
You agree to provide accurate, complete information during intake and to update us if anything changes.
You are responsible for maintaining a private environment during telehealth sessions, using secure internet connections, and complying with treatment recommendations.
Telehealth Consent
By engaging in telehealth, you acknowledge the benefits and potential risks, including technology interruptions, unauthorized access, or insufficient emergency response. We use HIPAA-compliant tools and will verify your identity and location at each visit.
Appointments, Cancellations, and No-Shows
Appointments may be scheduled through our website, Tebra patient portal, or by phone. We may charge a cancellation fee if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to appear. Repeated no-shows may result in discharge from care.
Fees, Payments, and Insurance
You are financially responsible for services rendered. We accept select insurance plans and offer self-pay options. Co-pays, deductibles, or outstanding balances are due at the time of service.
If your insurer denies coverage, you agree to pay the remaining balance. We reserve the right to adjust fees with notice.
Use of Technology Platforms
We rely on third-party platforms (such as Tebra) for scheduling, patient intake, telehealth, and secure messaging. You agree to abide by any user agreements required by those platforms. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by third-party services but will promptly assist with troubleshooting.
Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, content, and materials displayed through the Services belong to One Mental Health or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
No Medical Warranty
The Services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. Clinical outcomes vary by individual. No online content constitutes medical advice outside of a professional relationship with a licensed provider.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted, One Mental Health and its clinicians are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Florida law. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless otherwise required by law. You agree to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at our discretion, including for non-payment, inappropriate conduct, or safety concerns. You may end your participation at any time, subject to applicable record-retention laws.
